The UCLA Engineering Institute for Technology Advancement (ITA) and UCLA VC Fund, in coordination with the Easton Leadership Technology Program and the UCLA Anderson School of Management, held the 2014-2015 Student Entrepreneur Venture Competition (SEVC) on Wednesday, May 20th at the UCLA CNSI.
At this final pitch and networking event where 4 finalists of the student entrepreneur teams presented their ideas, Spinal Singularity, the winner of last week's 34th Annual Knapp Venture Competition at the Anderson Management School, was selected as the final winner.
Kirk Dunn, COO at Cloudera, the leading provider of Apache-Hadoop-based software and services, gave a great keynote on entrepreneurship.
