Introducing
the Bruin Associate Program

After recent success with Startup UCLA / VC Fund fellows who were successfully placed at portfolio companies over the past two summers, we've decided to give students a valuable opportunity to learn about the Bruin startup community and start building their networks by incorporating them into our newly-minted Bruin Student Associate Program, which starts up this academic year.
These first generation student associates will help scale the organization; act as trailblazers for future students; and build the infrastructure for each of their specific roles through their diverse areas of expertise.
We received over 150 applications from graduate and undergraduate students from a variety of schools and departments at UCLA. Among them, students from the Anderson School of Management and the College of Letters and Science represented the majority of applicants. We ultimately selected three students based on their academic accomplishments and entrepreneurial passions.
Looking ahead, we plan to grow the program by continuing to foster strong relationships on campus and investing in the next generation of UCLA entrepreneurs.
